MAJOR EXPANSION FOR STUDIES AT BALLARAT GRAMMAR
Ballarat Grammar is delighted to announce the purchase of 125 acres of farm land on the southern slopes of Mt Rowan, 3km north of the present School campus.

The acquisition, by the Grammar Foundation, of this property, bounded by the Midland Hwy, Gillies St and Sims Rd, represents one of the most significant and exciting stages in the continuing development of our School.

This property gives our School a wonderful opportunity to further develop the Agriculture and Horticulture curriculum, which is already pre-eminent at V.C.E. level. Located directly opposite the University of Ballarat’s Agriculture Campus it will also allow both learning institutions to develop strategic partnerships. The recent announcement of the establishment of an indoor equestrian facility in this precinct adds further value, and signals the extension of our own equestrian program. The new property, effectively a blank canvas at present, offers outstanding opportunities for environmental and forestry projects, for Junior and Senior School students.
