OUR CAMPUSES

Located near Lake Wendouree in the Regional city of Ballarat, our main campus, with its beautiful heritage buildings as well as state-of-the-art, purpose-built learning spaces, sporting facilities and green spaces, give students room to grow and thrive.

Our Mount Rowan Farm campus, set on 50ha, enjoys sweeping rural views, just 10 minutes from the city of Ballarat. 

City Cite – an off campus Year 9 experience – is located in the vibrant heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

  • Senior School

    Year 10 students occupy the Cleaver wing, with a large common area and classrooms.

    Years 11 & 12 share the Centennial Building, a purpose-built learning facility offering modern and bright classrooms, careers centre, science wing and direct access to the sports oval.

  • Middle School

    Years 7 & 8 share the Queens Wing, an engaging and open plan space for the best start to their middle school years.
    Year 9 students enjoy the freedom of the Heinz Centre; a purpose-built environmentally integrated precinct. 

     

  • Central Learning Facilities

    The centrally-located Science wing is a space for hypothesis, experimentation, learning and fun. 

    The Middle and Senior School Library provides an area to focus and resources for reading, learning, research, and friendships. 

    The Chapel of St. Mark is a place for quiet reflection and services which encourage deeper understanding and learning about ourselves and our place in the world. 

  • Junior School

    Years Prep to 6 enjoy their own creative and secure space, while retaining connectedness to the rest of the school. With classrooms, playgrounds and environmentally designed outdoor play spaces, the children’s curiosity of the natural world is fostered. The Inquiry Centre, Dance and Drama rooms, Music, French and Life & Faith rooms provide spaces for more wonderful learning opportunities.

  • CEED – Kindergarten

    The Centre for Early Education (the CEEd) is a beautiful, engaging, purpose-built facility located on the north side of the Wendouree Campus, featuring bright, natural and interactive learning spaces for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The CEEd (via their Bush Kinder program) and the Junior School, both utilise outdoor learning spaces near the Heinz centre and the farm at Mount Rowan, to encourage further engagement with and curiosity about the natural world. 

  • Sports Facilities

    The Wendouree campus boasts leading sports facilities including:

    The Rintel Centre – a multi-purpose indoor stadium.
    An all weather multi-sport facility including running track, hockey and soccer pitches, tennis courts and cricket nets.
    The RG Bath Pool; a 25m indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace.

    The Tunbridge Oval and Old Grammarians’ Pavillion.

    The John Ross-Perrier Watersports Centre, affectionately known as The Boatshed, on Lake Wendouree, provides facilities for rowing and sailing.

  • Arts Precinct

    The Beckworth Centre for the Arts houses eight purpose designed art studios and three gallery spaces for exhibitions.


    The Gullan Auditorium provides rehearsal studios and performance spaces for dance and theatre students. 

    Wendouree Centre for Performing Arts (WCPA) is a fully equipped theatre and auditorium, including learning and rehearsal spaces and a recording studio.

  • Mount Rowan Farm Campus

    A purpose-built environmentally integrated building for Year 4 students, set on 50ha of farm land and gardens at the foot of Mount Rowan. The school farm, with stock, offers a range of agricultural and natural world learning opportunities for all year levels, and particularly the VCE/VET Agriculture & Horticulture students. An Equestrian area offers dressage and other riding opportunities.

  • City Cite

    A  unique opportunity for students in Year 9 to experience three weeks of study in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The program offers students a greater level of independence, working on project-based learning about an issue of social significance.
