CULTURAL REVIEW REPORT

Ballarat Grammar commissioned an independent cultural review to better understand our School culture, what is working well, what is not working well, and what needs to change.

This review involved more than 850 members of our School community, and was conducted by workplace culture experts, Intersection. We thank our community for their participation in this process. Your honesty and courage have helped shape the path forward for our School.

The School has accepted all recommendations and will work closely with our community to implement these. This page will be updated quarterly to show our progress. We remain steadfast in our commitment to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and dignity of every student and staff member.

You can view the full report, executive summary, and summaries in child appropriate language for students in our Junior, Middle and Senior Schools below. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Please note:

This report contains references to distressing experiences of harmful behaviour including bullying, hazing, harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment and abuse.

There are quotes from people who have experienced these behaviours, including children and young people, and refers to their serious impact.
